President

Jack Regan is the President of Weather-Tite Roofing Co and has over 40 years of roofing experience. He is an expert in all areas of roofing and is passing that knowledge onto his family. Jack prides himself on completing excellent work at honest prices.

CarolE Regan

Co-President, Office Manager

Carole Regan is the Co-President and Office Manager of Weather-Tite Roofing Co. She started the business with Jack over 25 years ago. She has learned the ins and outs of the roofing industry to provide our customers with a great experience throughout the process of doing business with us.

IAN REGAN

Lead Sales, Marketing Manager

Ian Regan is Lead Sale and Marketing Manager of Weather-Tite Roofing Co. Ian graduated from Penn Charter High School and attended Duquesne University. He is a Union Carpenter and is currently diversifying his skills as the second generation of Regans to sit at the helm of the family business.

Luis Salinas

Head Foreman

Luis Salinas is Head Foreman for Weather-Tite Roofing Co. He has been with the company since 2004. He ensures every job is completed to Weather-Tite’s standards. Our customers are always impressed by Luis’ professionalism and genuine kindness.
