Fees and Warranty Information
There is a service fee for roof certifications.
The fee is waived if you hire Weather-Tite Roofing to complete any recommended work from the inspection report.
Weather-Tite Roofing is not legally obligated to honor warranties purchased by previous homeowners.
If the roof was originally installed and warranted by Weather-Tite Roofing, we may issue a transferable warranty for the new owner, subject to a service fee.
